Project Overview: As a complex living hub city of about 1.5 million square meters, China SCE Dinghu Future Cloud City draws on the planning and design concept of "weaving city" of Toyota, Tokyo, Japan, and has high-end residences, Grade A commercial offices, apartments and commercial blocks, and at the same time, it will not only change the Linping skyline with 7 super high-rise business landmarks of 120-190 meters, but also build the preferred headquarters of the head enterprises of Shanghai and Hangzhou through the introduction of Kunpeng enterprises.
BIM application points: Using BIM technology, the Dinghu Future Community Project is used to establish a full-professional model, analyze and simulate from multiple aspects, correct the errors, omissions and bumps in the drawings before construction, and optimize the spatial structure at the same time, so as to help the owner improve the design scheme and shorten the construction period.
