C&D Changsha Central Capital, the project site is located in Yuhua District, Changsha City, north of Huangtuling Road, the entrance and exit of Metro Line 4 and Metro Line 7, and Shaoshan Road in the east, with convenient and fast transportation. The project consists of 1 high-rise complex, 2 multi-storey commercial buildings and 5 high-rise residential buildings, with a total construction area of 163,678.51 square meters.

The use of BIM technology can effectively improve the scientific rationality of the overall project, improve the overall construction efficiency and quality of the project, and greatly shorten the cost of the construction period.
