With a total construction area of about 51,900 square meters, a 107-meter-long 26-storey office building with two underground parking lots will be built, and 463 parking spaces will be built. The main project started construction in March 2016 and will be completed and put into use in December 2018. The project integrates office buildings and commercial supporting facilities. The standard floor area of the office building is about 1135.48 square meters, and there are 7 types of single units with an area of 127 square meters to 263 square meters.

On November 2, with the last concrete pouring in place, the "Kowloon Oriental Fortune Center" project undertaken by Zhangzhou Urban Investment Construction Engineering Group officially completed the capping of the main structure, marking the official transfer of the project to the next stage of construction.

Kowloon Oriental Fortune Center is located on the east side of Jiulong Avenue and the north side of Jianyuan East Road at the intersection of Xiangcheng District and Longwen District of Zhangzhou City, with a total construction area of about 51,900 square meters. The project consists of a 26-storey main building and a 4-storey podium connected as a whole, with a building height of 99.70 meters, the main function of the main building is office space, and the main function of the podium is commercial. There are two underground floors, with a construction area of 16,621.1 square meters, and the project cost is about 150,484,800 yuan.
